Cookie Policy

Last updated · August 8, 2026

This Policy explains how Axa Zara LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on Orqex websites, dashboards, hosted checkout pages, and other web interfaces. It supplements the Privacy Policy and does not govern cookies set directly by a payment provider or another third-party website.

1. Cookies and similar technologies

A cookie is a small file stored or read by a browser or device. It may maintain a session, remember a choice, secure access, or measure website use. Similar technologies include browser local storage, pixels, session identifiers, tags, and server-side logs. In this Policy, “cookies” includes comparable technologies where appropriate.

2. First-party and third-party cookies

First-party cookies are set or read by Orqex on an Axa Zara-controlled domain. Third-party cookies are set or read by an external provider integrated into a page, such as an audience measurement or support tool. The exact cookies present depend on the page, country, browser, consent choice, and enabled functionality.

3. Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies support authentication, session continuity, request security, abuse prevention, consent-choice storage, form protection, load distribution, checkout, and dashboard operation. They are not used for advertising and generally cannot be disabled in the consent manager. Blocking them in the browser may prevent essential functions from working.

4. Preference cookies

Preference cookies may remember language, time zone, display settings, a recently used project, or other optional interface choices. They are used with consent where applicable law requires it.

5. Analytics cookies

Analytics cookies help us understand page visits, interactions, errors, and performance so we can improve the site and Service. Where required by law, they are activated only after consent, and reporting should use aggregated information where reasonably possible.

6. Support and communication cookies

A support, scheduling, form, or communication tool may use cookies to maintain a conversation, prevent repeat submissions, or measure service quality. Consent is requested when such a cookie is not strictly necessary.

7. Advertising

Under the reference policy, Orqex does not use cookies to sell personal data or track an individual across independent services for cross-context behavioural advertising. If this changes, this Policy and the consent manager will be updated before activation and legally required consent and opt-out controls will be provided.

8. Reference durations

Session or interface cookies normally last for the session or up to two hours of inactivity. Security and request-integrity cookies may last from the session to 24 hours. Consent choices normally last 6 to 12 months. Language and interface preferences may last up to 12 months. Analytics and optional support cookies may last up to 13 months, subject to the provider and consent interface. The active consent manager should identify exact cookie names, providers, purposes, and durations.

9. Payment-provider pages

An Orqex checkout may redirect a payer to Stripe, PawaPay, Flutterwave, FedaPay, PayDunya, PayStack, Wave, Djamo, HUB2, PayTech, Cryptomus, or another provider selected by the Customer. That provider may set cookies for authentication, fraud prevention, or transaction execution. Cookies on the provider's domain are controlled by that provider and governed by its policy.

10. Legal grounds and choices

Strictly necessary cookies are used to provide a requested service, perform a contract, secure the Service, or pursue a recognised legitimate interest. Preference, analytics, optional support, or advertising cookies are based on consent where required. A user can accept or reject optional categories, change a choice, withdraw consent prospectively, and inspect active providers through the available consent manager. Browser settings can also delete or block cookies, but this may sign the user out or impair functions.

11. Privacy signals and collected data

Where legally required, Orqex honours recognised privacy preference signals such as Global Privacy Control for processing to which they apply. Do Not Track has no universally implemented standard and may not be acted on where it does not correspond to a legal duty or supported function. Cookie-related data may include session or technical identifiers, IP address, approximate location, browser, device, operating system, language, pages, actions, errors, timestamps, consent choices, preferences, and account association when signed in. The Privacy Policy governs this data.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy when technologies, providers, laws, or Orqex practices change. A new consent will be requested where necessary. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to support@axazara.com or Axa Zara LLC, Orqex Service, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, United States.
